iLi Consulting Engineers Mekong Ltd is a Cambodia-German engineering firm, which was founded in 2002. We uniquely combines local expertise and international engineering know-how backed up by two major consultants & engineering Offices in Germany. Currently, iLi Consult has a team of 30 graduated engineering staff from Cambodia, Europe and America. We are a Cambodia-German engineering firm, which was founded in 2002. Inros Lackner Cambodia uniquely combines local expertise and international engineering know-how. The main field of activity is the construction sector of Combodia in which we have successfully been rendering engineering services to public and private clients. Inros Lackner Cambodia is a partner for development projects in Cambodia and the Mekong region. As multidisciplinary engineering consultants, we provide services for a wide range of tasks for the development of building and infrastructure projects, from feasibilty studies through all design phases to construction supervision.

Inros Lackner Cambodia possesses state of the art hard and software for survey, assessment, analysis and computer aided design.

More than just the arithmetic sum of isolated efforts

Our two major shareholders and partners are the Inros Lackner SE and iproplan Planungsgesellschaft mbH of Germany. This makes Inros Lackner Cambodia part of a large international network of engineering consultants. As development projects become increasingly complex, integrated approaches to planning and implementation are required. As multidisciplinary consultants, we and our partners cover a wide range of know-how and experience that ranges from civil engineering and architectural design to social and environmental impact studies and institution support.
