Choong Fei Die Casting Sdn. Bhd. (Choong Fei) was incorporate in July 2000 and it is formerly known as Choong Fei Foundry & Die Casting since its establishment from November 1989. A factory built in 1990 which located in Balakong, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.

With the mission statement of “Excellence in Manufacturing for Customers with Acceptable Price to Meet the Variation Needs of the Industrial Market Segment”, Choong Fei is able to pursue a low-cost strategy from the past decades. Besides that, through the development of positive working culture within the whole company, Choong Fei is proficient to build up a faithful and synchronization working atmosphere.

Choong Fei pursues a functional flexible and decentralized organizational system. This system enables Choong Fei to permit the distribution of employees along with different activities and tasks. Besides that, decentralize organizational system is to delayer the organization structure, where it helps Choong Fei to minimize the hierarchical of information flowing stage.
